General Manager of Wa All Stars Seth Pawum has confirmed the sacking of Coach Enos Adepa from the club, despite winning the Northern Blues their first ever silver ware.
Wa Al Stars won a historic premier league title last season in their 11years existence brushing aside traditional heavy weights Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
However, the defence of their title has been extremely difficult following a torrid start to the season and an early elimination from the CAF Champions League.
The possibility of defending the title is all but lost after defeat to Kotoko and drawing at home to Tema Youth.
“Yes it’s true management took the decision that he should step aside because as we can all see, our performance in the league is not the best so far” he told Starr Sports.
“His assistant will lead the team for the rest of the remaining games” General Manager Seth Pawun t added.
The champions are 12th on the league log just four points away from relegation.
