WAFA-ASHGOLD game postponed due to Local Black Stars friendly

The Ghana Premier League game involving league leaders WAFA and AshantiGold  has been postponed.

The game which was scheduled for this Sunday had to be called off by the Premier League Board following the number of WAFA players in the Local Black Stars team for their friendly with Togo.

Goalkeeper Razak Abalora, Gideon Waja, Majeed Ashimeru, Richmond Lamptey, Daniel Lomotey, Musah Nuhu.  Right back Caleb Amankwah also earned a late call-up on Thursday.

WAFA are leading the premier league table with 40 points with 10 matches to end the season.

For AshantiGold their recent fine form has seen them move out of the relegation zone. They lie 13th with 25 points.
