WAFU B U20 Girls Cup: Black Princesses hold final training session ahead of Ivory Coast game tomorrow

The Ghana U20 Girls national team has wrapped up preparations for the clash against Ivory Coast on Saturday, May 27.

Nicknamed the Black Princesses, the national team led by head coach Yussif Basigi trained for the last time on Friday evening ahead of the clash with the Ivorians in the 2023 WAFU Zone B U20 Girls Cup of Nations tournament.

The coach and his technical team today took players through various drills and worked on a number of play patterns as well.

After today’s training session, Coach Yussif Basisgi and his charges are confident that victory is assured tomorrow.

The Black Princesses beat Benin 3-0 in the opening Group A match of the U20 Girls tournament.

A draw tomorrow will be enough to send Ghana to the semi-finals of the maiden WAFU Zone B Girls U20 tournament.

The Black Princesses are hoping to successfully do a host and win.
