Black Stars B players Vincent Atinga and Captain Isaac Twum have earned call ups for the senior team proper following their outstanding performances in the WAFU tournament.
The duo were impressive as Ghana won the competition beating Nigeria in the final 4-1 to defend the title.
According footballghana.com sources close to the national team, the duo will make the team for the upcoming world cup qualifiers against Uganda in Kampala.
Atinga was ever-present in the team, marshaling the defence that conceded only two goals. The 23 year old was also effective with the taking of spot kicks, scoring two out of two.
Meanwhile, Inter Allies and the Black Stars B Captain, Isaac Twum was adjudged player of the tournament after some solid performances in the heart of midfield.
Twum, a former under-20 player has been one of the best midfielders in the Ghana Premier and has risen through the ranks to earn a call up.
The player has also been linked to clubs from Norway.
The pair will be joining Winful Cobinna, Joseph Addo and Gideon Waja as some of the locals players to make the Black Stars recently.
