WAFU Zone B U-17 Cup of Nations: Black Starlets train under floodlight ahead of Togo tie

The Black Starlets of Ghana continued their training ahead of second Group A game in the ongoing 2022 WAFU Zone B U-17 Cup of Nations qualifiers in Cape Coast.

The Starlets will take on Togo on Friday, June 17, 2022 in their second game after losing 4-2 to Nigeria on Saturday.

On Monday evening, the team led by head coach Samuel Paa Kwasi Fabin trained at the Cape Coast Stadium under flood light. Earlier in the day, a successful training session was held at the Robert Mensah stadium as they gear towards the second game.

Ghana's opponent Nigeria beat Togo on Tuesday to cement their qualification to the next stage of the tournament

The Starlets will have to go all out against Togo for a win on Friday to join Nigeria from Group A

Ghana has nineteen (19) players in camp with three Goalkeepers for the tournament.
