In the latest interview granted by Hearts of Oak head coach Kim Grant, he has shared that he is looking forward to the start of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The manager was appointed to take charge of the team one year ago and has been able to build a young but formidable side that has already impressed a lot of pundits in the country.
With the domestic league competition finally returning after being inactive for over a year now, Kim Grant cannot wait to lead his Phobians into the season and has opened up on how they will approach matches.
According to the former Black Stars striker, the 18-club league will be very difficult but his side will try to win any match that they play in hopes of enjoying success at the end of the campaign.
"The league has been expanded to 18 teams now, so far the teams we played against in the NC, obviously there was two tiers, we only played in the tier two so it was difficult to compare the other teams”, Kim Grant noted in an interview posted by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on their official Twitter handle.
He added, “I will just try and win games and that’s my objective and certainly we will go into every game and we will try to win. Hopefully, we will bring success”.
