President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku says he is confident the Black Stars will give a good account in the friendly match against Brazil.

Speaking to 3Sports in an interview, the GFA boss said Ghana remains the Brazil of Africa and is not afraid of any opponent.

“We are the Brazilians of Africa and we are playing against the Brazilians of South America. So not at all. We fear no foe. We will be up to the battle tomorrow,” Kurt Okraku said.

According to the Ghana FA president, although the result of the friendly will not matter, he expects the Black Stars to push and try to win the contest.

”There is a reason why we are engaged in this two games and it’s important that we meet the expectations of the technical teams as far as these two games are concerned.

“I’m not thinking too much about the result. It will be nice if the boys put up a good team performance and cap it with a victory,” Kurt Okraku added.

The high-profile friendly match between Ghana and Brazil will be played in Le Havre in France on Friday, September 23, 2022.
