We have moved on from Ashgold defeat - Hearts of Oak's Samuel Boadu

Samuel Boadu, head coach of Hearts of Oak has said he is aiming to return to winning ways after their defeat to Ashgold.

The Phobians were stunned by a lone goal at the Len Clay Stadium in the matchday 19 games on Saturday.

Captain of AshantiGold, Amos Addai scored the only goal from a spot-kick in the dying minute of the game to seal the three points for the home side.

According to Boadu, he has put the defeat behind him and turned attention to the next game against strugglers, Inter Allies.

"Football sometimes is unpredictable, why the referee took that decision l can never tell but we can all see what happened.

“I have no comment about them. I am concentrating on my next match which is against Inter Allies," Coach Samuel Boadu said.

The defeat keeps Hearts of Oak in 4th with 30 points from 19 matches.
