Hearts of Oak midfielder, Glid Otanga says their defeat to Real Tamale United was due to a loss of concentration.
The Rainbow Club at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday suffered a 2-1 defeat to the Northerners in the matchday 33 games.
The defeat means Hearts of Oak have suffered five defeats in their last six games in the ongoing season.
Hearts of Oak now sit 11th on 45 points with their last game of the season away to Berekum Chelsea.
“You we prepared for this game in all conditions, the technical staff did everything for this game," he told StarTimes.
“So when we came we started with good intentions in the game.
“I think we lost concentration in the game and that’s why the coach said we should be more focused in the second half.
“The first 15 minutes we do more work but we lost focus and that's why we conceded the goal," he added.
