We miss Prince Opoku Agyemang - Medeama defender Patrick Yeboah after Legon Cities draw

Published on: 27 November 2020

Medeama SC defender Patrick Yeboah has attributed his sides inability to score to the exit of striker Prince Opoku Agyemang.

The Yellow and Mauves who are yet to record a victory held the moneybags to a 0-0 draw at the Accra Sports Stadium in matchday three of the Ghana Premier League.

The Tarkwa based outfit have had a difficult start to the 2020/21 campaign. They have drew twice and lost one.

Prince Opoku Agyemang scored 11 goals in 14 matches for Medeama last season and according to Yeboah, they are missing the services of the talented prodigy.

“There are no issues in the team. We are yet to gel because of new arrivals, the technical team are working on us and I know for sure we will start winning” he told StarTimes.

Asked if they are missing the services of some strikers, he said, “Okay, I will say we are missing some strikers especially Prince who left the team in the just ended transfer window”

“But I will say the ones ibn the team are equally good just that the target hasn’t come yet and I believe things will go on well when they find their rhythm” he concluded.

Prince Opoku Agyemang joined South African outfit Cape Town City in the just ended window.
