Former Black Stars skipper Charles K. Akunnor has asked the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to call on Kevin Prince Boateng into the Black Stars if he can help the team.

Akunnor noted that the Stars must have a complete team to be able to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The Dreams FC coach also explained that it will be in the interest of the Stars team to rescind the decision of not inviting Boateng if we believe he can help the team.

Boateng was banned from the Stars team after disrespecting former Stars coach Kwasi Appiah during the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

In an interview with Asempa FM, Akunnor said "If K.P.Boateng can help, lets resend the decision and call him".
