Ghana defender, Joseph Aidoo, has thanked God for a successful season with Spanish La Liga club, Celta de Vigo.
The club required a final day of the season dramatic 2-1 win over champions, FC Barcelona, to avoid relegation from the Spanish top flight.
Joseph Aidoo has been instrumental for Celta Vigo this season, scoring three times in 35 league games.
He missed the final game of the season against FC Barcelona becuase of injury but his teammates did enough to see them stay up for another season.
Aidoo took to Instagram to express his gratitude to God and everyone around him for the good season while urging all to stay positive.
"We thank God for seeing us through another victorious season!" he wrote.
"Thanks to everyone for their undying support and love! The future is looking brighter, with greater success and levels of increase to come!
"Always look at the brighter side of life. Stay positive."
