We want to pick three points off Tottenham tonight – Red Stars forward Boakye-Yiadom

Ghanaian attacker, Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has stressed that his Red Stars Belgrade side will be gunning for all 3 points later tonight when they take on English side Tottenham Hotspur in the Uefa Champions League.

The Serbian giants will have home advantage when they host the last year finalists at the Marakana stadium. While they urgently need the maximum points, Yiadom insist they are not leaving any stone unturned today.

“We will play like the others to win Marakana. We will do our best to make the three points ours”, the forward said in a pre-match interview with the Sports Journal.

Having missed the first encounter with Tottenham Hotspur in Group B through injury, the fit-again striker says he is ready for the return leg.

“It was not easy for me, because I am a footballer who likes to always play. Unfortunately I got hit and had to pause. I am ready for the next match with Tottenham and I know that God will give us victory”, Yiadom shared.

He added, “I believe it, because goals are my passion and life. I will be glad if the God I serve offers me such a purpose”, as he hopes to find the back of the net in today’s game.
