The Kotoko gaffer has assured the fans that he and his technical team will make the necessary changes to ensure the progression of the team.
Kotoko have suffered back-to-back losses, triggering a crisis meeting on their form. Konadu gave his verdict on what should be done to Kotoko Express after the meeting.
“We believe that we do everything for the players and the technical team so when the results do not go well, then we need to look at ourselves again. We will make the necessary changes that will help the team progress. The chairman asked that if he was owing anybody in the team, they should say it and no one spoke".
He added: "The team deserves better than we are giving right now and we are all involved. We will not exclude anyone. We will keep working hard and make sure that those who are not up to the task, we will advise ourselves”.
