Weekend Premier League Predictions

Published on: 20 October 2017

We have to wait until Sunday for our headline matches -- but it looks like it's going to be worth the wait.

Tottenham Hotspur face another test of their mettle at Wembley as Liverpool make the trip south -- will Jurgen Klopp's men make the most of the wide open spaces at the national stadium, or will Mauricio Pochettino build on last weekend's "home" win over Bournemouth?

Under pressure Ronald Koeman welcomes Arsenal to Goodison Park, as he looks to prevent his Everton side from slipping to a fourth consecutive home defeat. If the Toffees don't get something from this game, then Koeman's time on Merseyside could be over.

Elsewhere, the two Manchester clubs will expect to continue to blaze a trail at the top of the Premier League table. United will travel to Huddersfield, who have not won since August, while goal-hungry City host Burnley. Chelsea, three games without a win in all competitions, face a stern test at home to fourth-placed Watford.

Roy Hodgson will hope to make it two wins in a row away to Newcastle, while Stoke need to kickstart their season at home to struggling Bournemouth.

Leicester begin life without the sacked Craig Shakespeare away to Swansea, with Southampton at home to West Brom and Brighton visiting West Ham.
