Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has declared Chelsea legend Petr Cech as the best pro at the club.
Wenger says Cech is the first Arsenal player to hit the training ground and the last one to head back to the changing room.
He told arsenal.com: "He is a positive character who wants to do well. He's first out, last in [of training] - he's this type of player. But when a player gets to have such a long career, it's never a coincidence.
"The guys who come in when they are 20 years old and you have to tell them to be on time and after training he goes out quickly, you can forget about after 30. These type of players don't last. So he has a real passion about the game."
