West Brom manager Pulis says Baggies need reinforcements

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis has admitted that his squad needs to be improved over the summer.

West Bromwich Albion enjoyed a fine first half to the season but their performances over the past few months have been very poor and the Baggies ended their campaign with a disappointing 2-1 defeat against Swansea City during the weekend.

Manager Tony Pulis was not left impressed with how his side performed against Swansea both in terms of attack as well as in defence and the 59-year-old has dropped a huge hint that his squad needs to be improved during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Pulis said: "The final games of the season have highlighted we need to be better at both ends of the pitch. The opportunities when we were in control of the game are there to be taken. And their first goal is a third-division goal. Sigurdsson has got great quality but our marking is absolutely shocking."
