The Times are reporting the valuation of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice has increased to more than £120m [€163m] amid interest from Manchester United. The 23-year-old has two years left on his West Ham contract at end of this season but the club have an option to extend it by an additional 12 months. Rice is reportedly a target for Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City with his price having now been bumped up to an eye-watering £120m. A move at that figure would make him the most expensive Premier League signing of all time.
