Tema Youth bankroller Wilfred Kwaku Osei claims he is still waiting for the Court of Arbitration for Sports' (CAS) ruling.
The ruling was expected on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, but as of Wednesday morning, August 5, 2020, it was still not out.
Wilfred Kwaku Osei affectionately called "Palmer" dragged the Ghana Football Association to CAS over what he deemed unfair disqualification from contesting the 2019 GFA presidential election which Kurt Okraku won.
In a statement, his team explained, "Contrary to reports suggesting our lawyers have received the much-anticipated ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS). We wish to establish the fact that our lawyers are yet to receive the ruling from CAS."
"CAS has not given any reason for the delay, but we are hopeful that in due course the ruling will be sent to all parties concerned."
The verdict was scheduled to be announced on July 17 however, CAS pushed the date to August 4.
