Tema Youth FC president Wilfred Kwaku Osei popularly known as "Palmer" believes the Bundesliga is back because the German Football Association did something right.

The Bundesliga is the only league among Europe's top five leagues to resume following the coronavirus pandemic in the world, as the German Football Association hopes to complete the season by June 30.

In a zoom interview with Ohene Bampoe-Brenya, on the effects of Covid-19 on football clubs in Ghana, he disclosed that the right thing that Ghana football can do to be able to resume like the Bundesliga.

"It’s giving signal to the other leagues like the English Premiership as well as the Spanish La Liga, who were boasting of being the best in the world, that they(The German Bundesliga), are actually the best in the world," he said.

"For all we know, this could be the right thing that Ghana football can do to be able to resume like the German Bundesliga has."

Football activities in Ghana have been suspended since mid-March following government's decision to ban public gathering as part of measures to help curb the spread of the disease.

The GFA is set to announce to the clubs on June 30 on the future of the season whether to cancel the season or continue.
