I will run to Kotoko anytime - Nathaniel Asamoah

Asante Kotoko has always been the club of my heart and anytime they need my services, I will play for them whole heartedly, according to Nathaniel Asamoah.

The 26-year old Aduana Stars striker was part of the Asante Kotoko team in the 2011 season, but left to join Red Star Belgrade midway through the second half of the season.

And after rejecting the club in the second half of the just ended premier league, Nathaniel Asamoah confessed that he will sign for the club anytime because of the love he has for the club and explained why his supposed move did not materialized.

"I've always been a Kotoko supporters and it will be a privilege to join them again anytime they come calling," he told Happy FM sports.

"My move to club fell through because during the negotiations, they told me that if they're to fork out so much money to buy me, it would have to be on my performance basis and not fame. And I felt insulted by that statement because I believe as a footballer your name is your brand and I wouldn't want anybody to tarnish that for me."
