The Captain of Bechem United, Issah Adamu insists his team are ready to work with new head coach Edward Ansah after management promoted him to replace embattled Portuguese trainer Manuel Zacharias.

The former Hearts of Oak coach has taken over the reins at Bechem for rest of the season after was asked to step aside by management of the club because of his girlfriend.

Ansah will be assisted by Seth Osei Wire as they attempt to steady the fortunes of Bechem for the seven remaining matches of the Ghana Premier League season.

However, Issah Adamu has assured his new gaffer that playing body are ever ready to play for him.

“You know in football, if your management decides on something which has to do with managerial appointments, the playing body don’t have a say”.

“Ours is to do our job on the field on play so we are ready to work with any Coach,” he told Starr FM Sports.
