The Black Stars of Ghana held their training session today ahead of their crucial second group game against South Korea on Monday.

The Ghana national team on Thursday played their first match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in a game against Portugal.

The contest against the 2016 European champions presented a tough challenge to the Black Stars.

Despite managing to hold Portugal to a goalless draw at the end of the first half, Ghana lost 3-2 at the end of the 90 minutes.

On the matchday, Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix, and Rafael Leao netted the goals for Portugal.

Meanwhile, Andre Ayew and Osman Bukari grabbed the consolation goals for the Black Stars.

Yesterday the Black Stars of Ghana held a recovery training session to begin preparations for the second group game of the tournament.
