World Cup 2022: Cameroon held by Panama in final international friendly match

Cameroon drew 1-1 with Panama in their final international friendly match ahead of the World Cup tournament in Qatar.

After coming on as a halftime substitute, Bayern Munich in form attacker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting gave the Indomitable Lions the lead in the 48th minute.

But in the 55th minute, defender Michael Murillo's free-kick gave the Central Americans, who are ranked 17 places below Cameroon in the world rankings, the equalizer.

After losing to South Korea and Uzbekistan in September, Rigobert Song's team has struggled to win any of their pre-tournament games.
