The four-member committee has been given a clear mandate to sanitize football in the country following the revelations of Anas Aremeyaw Anas' Number 12' video.

However, the former Liberty Professional head coach believes that the core mandate given by FIFA to the NC which had to do with the reviewing of the existing GFA Statutes seems to be taking a different dimension.

“They are becoming very slow, they need to stick to the core mandate given to them by FIFA, but they are expanding it and this complicates their work.’’ He told Angel TV’s Esther Abankwa.

The Committee is chaired by Dr. Kofi Amoah, and Former Airtel CEO Lucy Quist and Naa Odofoley Nortey completing the list of members.

The Committee replaced the Ghana Football Association’s Executive Committee and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the GFA.

The Normalization Committee work, according to FIFA should not exceed the end of March 2019.
