Yunus parks the crutches to speed up recovery

Yunus worked this morning on his physical appearance on the same pitch as his teammates despite the fact that he still walks with help.

Valencia's infirmary is packed in this preseason. Some ailments with a little more seriousness have been added to the usual preseason discomfort. And among them is that of Yunus Musah. The North American born player of Ghanaian descent suffered a tough entry in the friendly against Greek Atromitos that has produced a severe ankle sprain that will take him off the pitch for about three weeks.

Although a serious injury has been ruled out, the player still walks with the help of crutches, something that has not prevented him from working on the same pitch as his teammates. Of course, he has evidently done it in an improvised gym that the Bordalas technical staff has set up behind one of the goals of the training field at the Hilton La Torre Golf. The American does not even want to think about missing the league premiere against Getafe and only has in mind to shorten the deadlines to play in the premiere, on August 13.
