Aduana Stars coach Yusif Abubakar was not pleased with his side's performance despite their qualification to the next stage of the CAF Champions League.

Aduana Stars defeated Libyan side Al Tahadi 2-0 in Dormaa on Wednesday to progree.

Elvis Opoku cancelled Al Tahadi’s first leg goal before Derrick Sasraku sealed qualification with the important second goal to give Aduana a 211 aggregate result after the two legs.

"They were one goal up so when they came there was no pressure on them and you could see they changed their system of play from the first leg," said coach Abubakar after the game

"They were tactically disciplined in approaching us because they had the advantage coming into the game.

"Although we controlled the tempo and pressure but it was too much to my liking that we were very slow.

"We had so many corner kicks and couldn't utilise even one which was bad.

Aduana Stars will face Algerian side ES Setif in the next stage of the competition.
