Yusif Basigi rubbishes reports claiming he has stepped down as coach of Hasaacas

Head Coach of Sekondi Hasaacas, Yusif Basigi has rubbished reports claiming he has stepped down as head coach of the club for health reasons.

According to the Black Queens coach, he is currently in discussion with the C.E.O of the club about the way forward and insists he is still coach of the relegated club.

"I have neither stepped down nor resigned as Sekondi Hasaacas coach as speculated by the media.” He told Aseda FM. “I don't know where this story is coming from. I am even in discussion with the C.E.O of the club, Mr. Nana Banyin Eyison about the way forward of the club.” “I am still the coach of Sekondi Hasaacas.”

Yusif Basigi is currently busy with the national women’s team as they prepare for the CAF Africa Women’s Championship slated for next month.
