Zambian giants Nkana FC have joined in the chase for the signature of defender Paul Aidoo after a stellar Ghana Premier League season with the Mauves and Yellow.

Aidoo ended his stay in Tarkwa with the Mauves and Yellows at the end of the season after refusing to renew his contract.

With offers flooding in from several countries, the former Ghana youth star is still pondering on the next episode of his career.

Tanzanian side Young Africans are also interested in the Ghanaian, a club they faced in the group stages of the CAF Confederations Cup two seasons ago.

Meanwhile, Nkana FC will rival fellow Zambians Zesco United to secure the signature of Paul Aidoo.

Nkana FC are one of Zambia's representatives in continental football competition and will play in the CAF Confederations Cup. This comes after the CAF added two more slots for Zambia in Africa.

The 12 times Zambian Champions will face the winner of the preliminary round of games in the CAF Confederations Cup between Djoliba of Mali and CR Belouizard of Algeria.
