Zidane delighted with Real Madrid win: There\'s still one game to go

Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo struck twice in victory over Celta Vigo as they edged closer to ending their LaLiga title drought.

Ronaldo scored twice at Celta Vigo to ensure Real Madrid need just a point from their weekend game at Malaga to win the LaLiga title for the first time in five years.

Ronaldo, who in reaching 368 league goals for a top European club overtook Jimmy Greaves in the all-time scorers list, struck early in each half as Real held Celta at arm's length to claim a 4-1 victory.

Even though Celta's star man Iago Aspas was sent off, John Guidetti managed to make some amends for his late miss at Old Trafford last week with a response after the hour mark, but Karim Benzema and Toni Kroos made sure to protect Real's three-point haul.

Real coach Zinedine Zidane said, "There's still one game to go and we have to get something out of it. We must continue on in the same vein because the title race isn't over just yet. It was important for us to win tonight and we're really pleased with the three points. It all comes down to the final game and it'll be tough, just like tonight's game.

"It's a happy dressing room because when you go out and show character and spirit and work hard, that's when you get the three points. They're all happy and in fine spirits. We're going to keep doing what we've been doing up until now. We can't take anything for granted and have to go out and play our game. It'll be tough but we'll try and go all out and we're just focused on winning the game."
