Zidane tells Real Madrid president Florentino: Sell Bale if this happens...

Published on: 09 July 2017

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has told president Florentino Perez he's happy to see Gareth Bale sold.

Zidane, like Perez, wants to see AS Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe arrive this summer and knows they need to make room by selling one of their high profile attackers.

And the player Zidane has decided to sacrifice is Bale.

The Frenchman, reports Diario Gol, spoke with Florentino over the weekend about the situation and told him that "if €100m arrives for Bale, take it!".

PSG are in contact with Real about Bale's availability, but the Welshman favours a move to Manchester United.

However, the priority for the winger is to stay with Madrid for at least another year.
