Reports in Iberico Sport andFootball Italiasuggest that AC could make a move to get their hands on the talented 25-year-old winger who is currently on loan at Fiorentina from Barcelona.
AC are said to be lining up potential replacements for Gerard Deulofeu, who is expected to return to his parent club Everton when the loan arrangement ends this summer.
Tello is yet to make a decisive impact with the Viola, having scored three goals and provided three assists from 16 starts and 10 substitute appearances this term.
It remains to be seen whether the Tuscan club will exercise their right to a permanent deal, potentially leaving the door open for the Rossoneri.
In Serie A, Milan and Fiorentina are currently seventh and eighth respectively, although they are separated by five points as things stand. AC host Genoa this coming weekend, while the Violas travel to Crotone.
