Ghana defender Joseph Attamah scores as Basaksehir thrash Agyeman Badu's Bursaspor

Ghana defender Joseph Attamah Lawerh continues with his blistering form in Turkey after scoring as Istanbul Basaksehir thrash compatriot Emmanuel Agyeman Badu's Bursaspor 3-0 in the Super Lig.

The Ghana defender headed the visitors into the lead on the 17th minute after the Bursaspor defence failed to clear in defence after a scrappy corner.

Attamah, who has been as solid as rock for Basaksehir this season, returned to the side after the resumption of tyhe second round to maintain his consistent performance with the club.

Ten minutes after the opener Attamah won a free kick for his side that nearly fetched them the second.

However, the defender's goal was the only on the first forty five minutes but the capital base side started the second half much stronger and it took 13th minutes for Basaksehir to get the second through Marcio Mossoro.

Former Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan completed the haul with a fine strike in the 86th minute  to hand the visitors all three points.

Joseph Attamah Lawerh played the entire duration with compatriot Emmanuel Agyeman Badu also enjoying 90 minutes of action.
