Ghana international, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has helped Leicester City to secure promotion to the English Premier League.

The talented youngster signed for the English club last summer in a season-long loan move from Portuguese top-flight outfit Sporting Lisbon.

After debuting for Leicester City, the forward quickly settled into his new clubs and excelled in games to establish himself as a key man for the team.

Just this past Tuesday, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was in action for Leicester City in their big game against Southampton in the English Championship.

In that game, the former Dreams FC man scored a hat-trick to help the Foxes to seal a thumping 5-0 win at the end of the 90 minutes.

After that win, Leicester City needed to win their next game or for Leeds United to lose their next game to make promotion possible.

Following Leeds United’s defeat to QPR today, Leicester City have secured promotion to the English Premier League.

Ghana forward Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and his teammates can now celebrate ahead of their game against Preston on Monday.
