Executive Chairman of Dreams FC, Kurt Okaraku insists Hearts and Kotoko are not competitive anymore because they lack quality.

The former Accra Hearts of Oak member intimated that both of Ghana’s glamorous clubs have failed to add quality over the years hence their lack of competitiveness.

Hearts has not won the league in the last 9 years with Kotoko last winning it in 2014.

Both clubs have failed to make a meaningful impact in continental football after reaching the finals of the CAF Confederations Cup in 2004/05 season.

“Hearts of Oak need to improve on their quality on all fronts, I have said it over and over again that, Hearts are not competitive on all fronts,” he said on the Legends night show.

“In recent times Kotoko are also behaving the same and it not good for our game and they need to improve on what they are doing, thus it starts from the top.”
