Tony Baffoe happy with new CAF role

Former Ghana player Tony Baffoe has expressed delight with his new role at the Confederation of African Football.

Baffoe has been named as the new CAF deputy General Secretary football and development.

The new Executive Council of CAF as part of its reforms has handed Tony Baffoe an appointment.

Baffoe who is the General Secretary of Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) and FIFA Match Coordinator took to social media to express his joy after the announcement.

"Another step ahead in my “life after football” there is no elevator to success-you have to take the stairs-God’s time is always the best"

Tony Baffoe played his club career in Germany and he was part of the Black Stars team that finished runners-up in the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON)
