Double injury blow for Ghana ahead of their semi final clash on Friday with midfielders Thomas Abbey and Isaac Twum likely to be out.
The duo picked various degrees of injury in their l group games with Mali and Nigeria at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Abbey who has been an integral part of Maxwell Konadu’s team missed Ghana’s clash the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Monday while Isaac Twum was withdrawn in the early minutes of the game after sustaining a knock.
It is unclear whether the two star players will be fit for Thursday's semi finals at the Cape Coast.
Ghana will discover their opponents for the semi finals today.
