20/21 Ghana Premier League: Karela United come from behind to beat Dreams FC 2-1

Karela United on Sunday afternoon fought hard to come from behind to defeat Dreams FC 2-1 in the ongoing 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.

In a game played at the Crosby Awuah Memorial (CAM) Park, Dreams FC impressed in the early parts of the game and made their superiority count in the 37th minute when Joseph Esso found the back of the net.

Unfortunately, the visitors failed to display good defensively play and conceded just 3 minutes later. Frankly Osei fired in an effort from close range to restore parity for Karela United.

In the second half, a pulsating encounter ensued between the two teams as they chased to score again to emerge victorious.

After working their socks off, Karela United managed to get to the finish line with all 3 points courtesy of a second goal from Franklyn Osei in the 65th minute to hand Karela United a 2-1 comeback win against Dreams FC.
