Kumasi-based King Faisal FC has recorded its first win of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season with a 1-0 victory over Inter Allies on Friday afternoon.
In a first half that failed to produced any goal, both teams played some fine passing football and could have easily found the back of the net.
As a result of a number of missed chances, they were forced to settle for a draw at the break with all to play for the in the second half.
After recess, King Faisal appeared determine to get the opening goal but their forward line could not capitalize on the chances they created.
Despite creating opportunities of their own, the delightful Inter Allies side also could not score, forcing the encounter to stay barren even after the 80th minute.
In the 88th minute, King Faisal scores with a strike from Samuel Kusi To run away with all 3 points.
Later this evening, the Ghana Premier League will continue with Hearts of Oak playing host to Leaders Karela United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
