Janet Egyir has been named the player of the 2018 WAFU Zone B tournament held in Ivor Coast.
The centre-back scored the only goal to help the country to win the ultimate on Saturday evening.
The dependable defender scored three times in five matches for the Queens and was the heroin when she scored the only goal in the finals against Cote d’ Ivoire to help the team win the ultimate.
The 25-year-old defender played every single minute for the Black Queens in the competition.
