Joel Fameyeh in buoyant mood ahead of Black Meteors first leg encounter against Togo in the 2019 Afcon U-23 qualifier at the Baba Yara Stadium on Tuesday.

The Dinamo Brest striker is confident Ghana will beat their fierce West African neighbours to qualify for the competition.

The 21-year-old was one of the three foreign-based players invited to augment coach Ibrahim Tanko's squad alongside Isaac Twum (IK Start) and Gideon Mensah (FC Liefering).

Speaking to SportsworldGhana.com exclusively from the team’s Hotel, ‘’ I think we have a good team taking into consideration the training we’ve had so far. We have what it takes to win on Tuesday,” he said.

However, Fameyeh backs his teammates to win convincingly to make the return leg in Togo an easy task for them.

”We must win massively in other to make the second leg a mere formality for us.”

He bagged 17 goals for Dinamo Brest in the just ended Belarusian Premier League, five better than he scored last season following his loan move from Wa All Stars.
