Black Stars B players and the technical team have expressed their unhappiness at Sports Ministry over non-payment of per diems in the ongoing 2019 Wafu Cup in Senegal.

According to reports, the entire team is yet to receive any per diem from the sports ministry despite reaching a second successive final following a 3-1 win over Ivory Coast in the semi-final on Tuesday.

The team feel neglected by the ministry and speaking to SportsworldGhana.com, a member of the team said: "We haven’t received any per diem from the Sports ministry since we came to Senegal for this tournament. I feel it’s bad because we are currently doing our possible best to make ourselves and the court proud," he said.

”I really don’t know why they are treating us this way, maybe they are doing so because we are not the main Black Stars team."

Skipper Shafiu Mumuni bagged a sensational fantastic hat-trick to send Maxwell Konadu’s side to finals as they are set to defend the title they won two years ago in Ghana.

Ghana will face the winner of the game between Senegal and Guinea for the ultimate on Sunday.
