2020/21 Ghana Premier League: Great Olympics coach Annor Walker not ruling out chances of winning league title

Head coach of Accra Great Olympics, Annor Walker has spoken on their chances of winning the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

The 'Dade' lads have been impressive in the ongoing season.

After five matches played, Olympics are sitting in the 4th position with 10 points with an outstanding game against Ebusua Dwarfs.

After beating WAFA by a lone goal at the Accra Sports Stadium, Annor said their target is to be in the top five but they will not rule out winning the ultimate.

"We have a target and that is to finish in the top five," he told Footballghana.com.

"We have to work hard to achieve that and I know my boys are ready for that because all the teams are competitive now.

He continued, "All the 18 clubs are fighting to win the title and Great Olympics also have that aim.

"We are not title contenders but we know we can be champions if work hard on and off the pitch," he added.

The Wonder Club have won the league back in 1970 and 1974 but have struggled over the past years to be counted among the best in the nation is mostly touted as relegation contenders.

Great Olympics will Ebusua Dwarfs on Thursday in an outstanding game.
