2020/21 Ghana Premier League: WAFA boss Prosper Narteh Ogum slams Great Olympics game plan

Prosper Narteh Ogum, the head coach of WAFA has expressed his frustrations after the defeat to Great Olympics.

The Academy Boys were stunned by a lone by the Wonder Club on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in their matchday 6 fixtures.

Captain of Great Olympics, Gladson Awaku's strike in teh first half was enough for the two times Ghana Premier League champions all the three points.

With 15 minutes to end the game, Olympics players were cautioned by the referee for time-wasting.

Speaking to Footballghana.com after the game, Ogum questioned the game plan of Great Olympics.

"I am unhappy with the game plan of Great Olympics," he said.

"We went to the game with a clear mindset to win the game but I was not surprised because they tried to kill the game and destroy our rhythm," he added.

WAFA will host Medeama at the Sogakope Park on Sunday in teh matchday 7 fixtures.
