2021/22 Ghana Premier League Week 21: Match Report – Dreams FC thrash Great Olympics 5-2

Dreams FC recovered from their 1-0 defeat to Accra Lions last weekend to produce their very best to beat Great Olympics on Sunday at the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu.

The home team inflicted a 5-2 win over the Dade boys in matchday 21 of the Ghana Premier League.

Coach Annor Walker and his charges were unable to maintain their five games unbeaten run in the domestic top-flight as they suffer a heavy defeat at away.

Sylvester Simba and Ibrahim Issah early strikes for Dreams unsettled Olympics. The duo scored in the 1st and 4th minute of the game before Daniel Adjetey pulled one back.

Dreams FC were unstoppable after the break as Agyenim Mensah, Clement Boahen and Collins Boah completed the demolishing exercise in Dawu.

The Wonder club grabbed their second goal of the game but was enough as they succumbed to defeat.

Dreams FC now sit 7th position with 29 points whereas Great Olympics drops to 4th position 35 points.
