2021/22 GHPL: Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu rues missed chances against RTU

Hearts of Oak head coach Samuel Boadu was left frustrated after his side were held to a goalless draw on match week 17 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

The Phobians who have a game in hand were hoping to bounce back from their 1-0 loss to Great Olympics having dropped to the 7th spot in the course of the week.

Hearts were reduced to 10-men in the 82nd minute after Caleb Amankwah was sent off following a second yellow card.

"Yeah, being a coach is a worry to me because when you get a chance and misuse it the opponent will punish you when they get the same chance but I will congratulate the boys and the technical team for the information that they gave to me and I hope the boys did well but we have more to improve," coach Boadu said after the game.

The draw sees Hearts drop to 8th on the league table with 24 points after 16 matches played so far.
