CK Akonnor is confident his side can triumph over the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
The Black Stars will be hosted in Johannesburg on March 25 before playing Sao Tome in the final group game on March 28 at the Cape Coast Stadium.
After recording a 2-0 win at the Cape Coast Stadium, Akonnor is hoping to keep a perfect record over the Bafana Bafana.
"We'll need to be fully focused for the game in South Africa," he told DW TV.
"We are aiming to clinch it with a win there," Akonnor added.
The Black Stars need just a point to seal the qualification for the upcoming tournament that will be hosted in Cameroon.
