Renowned English fitness coach, Jamie Lawrence has returned to the Black Stars for the 2021 African Cup of Nations [Afcon] qualifiers against Sudan.
Ghana will host Sudan at the Cape Coast Stadium on Thursday.
Akonnor will be hoping to make a good start as teh head coach of the Black Stars after taking over the team in January.
However, ahead of the game, Jamie Lawrence has returned to the team to keep the players fit.
Jamie was the trainer of the Black Stars during the 2015 and 2017 African Cup of Nations.
