Techiman Eleven Wonders coach Ignatius Osei Fosu said he was unhappy with his side's finishing in their 1-1 draw against Asante Kotoko on match day one of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
After a barren first-half, Kwame Opoku broke the deadlock for the Porcupine Warriors with a shot into the bottom left corner of the net in the 54th minute, having picked up a loose ball.
Fourteen minutes to full-time, substitute Prince Opoku fetched the equaliser for visiting Wonders with a cool finish at the Accra Sports stadium.
Though the Techiman based-side picked up a point, coach Osei Fosu revealed his displeasure at the wastefulness of his players in front of goal.
''We should've beaten them by 5 goals,'' he told Wontumi FM after the game.
''Even in the first half, we created like seven clear cut chances that we should've scored and their goal came as a result of our mistake.
''They didn't create a one single chance and that where my headache is that we can give a goal away as it was functional in our pre-season.
''We kept giving goals away for it has happened here and then we kept missing chances. So on a whole, I'll say it wasn't a good game for us because we had to win.
''But again, thumps up to the boys after a goal down, they still came back and equalised.''
Eleven Wonders will welcome Ebusua Dwarfs at the Nana Ameyaw Park for their next league fixture.
