2022/23 Ghana Premier League: Dreams FC boss Karim Zito targets top four finish

Dreams FC head coach, Karim Zito says he is aiming to finish at the top four of the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.

The Dawu-based side finished at the 9th place with 23 points in the first round of the league.

With the second round set to return this weekend, Dreams will host Bibiani Gold Stars in the matchday 18 games on Sunday at the Theatre of Dreams.

Ahead of the clash, the former Asante Kotoko head trainer says he is aiming at the top four after ending the first round in an impressive form.

“My target for this season is top four. If we can be in the top four, I will be very happy. Anything beyond that is a bonus,” Zito stated in an interview with 3Sports.

Zito also expressed his satisfaction with the performance of Agyenim Boateng Mensah, the team’s top scorer with five goals this season.

He said, “Agyenim Boateng is mobile. I can use him at any place I like. He is very tactical, disciplined and instrumental in the team. He has done well so far this season."
